Sunrise Engagement Session at Max Patch

Amanda and Davy met while he was hiking the Appalachian Trail, and after awhile of dating they decided to do the hike together. After 1000 miles of trail, day in and day out, Davy proposed at the halfway point. It seemed only fitting that we follow those white blazes for their engagement photos! So we met just as the sun was making it’s first appearance of the day and had Max Patch almost entirely to ourselves.

I’m not much of a morning person, but once I’m out there and see the beauty of that light, the birds chirping, and no one else around it’s all more than worth it.
